Arrest report for Jan. 13-16

The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Department for the period of Jan. 13-16:

A 40-year-old Houston man is facing state felony class C misdemeanor charges of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group one controlled substance, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving with expired registration after being arrested Jan. 13. He was booked Jan. 13.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of possession of a penalty group one controlled substance (1 to 4 grams). The 26-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing a third degree felony charge.

A 19-year-old Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested Jan. 15. He was booked Jan. 15.

A 19-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with burglary of a home. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 16 and is facing a second degree felony charge.
