The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Tuesday, Dec. 18:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:44 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Crawford and Webster Streets.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:26 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fannin and Polk Streets.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:59 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fannin and Ross Sterling Streets.

An EMS event was reported at 1:45 p.m. at Fannin and Ross Sterling Streets.

An EMS event was reported at 1:52 p.m. at Fannin and Ross Sterling Streets.

At 10:58 a.m., an EMS event occurred on Hyde Park Boulevard.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:50 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Milam Street.

At 2:40 a.m., an a check patient incident occurred on Milam Street.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:44 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fannin Street and Old Spanish Trail.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:51 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to McDuffie Street.

An EMS event was reported at 8:34 p.m. at Truxillo and Burkett Streets.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:11 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to West Gray and Metropolitan Streets.

At 8:52 p.m., an EMS event occurred at West Main and Hazard Streets.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 8:32 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 2000 Harold St.

At 11:42 a.m., a minor accident occurred at 2200 Brazos St.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 4:45 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 3800 Fannin St.
