The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Wednesday, Oct. 31:

An EMS event was reported at 10:39 a.m. at Crawford Street and Webster.

An EMS event was reported at 2:35 a.m. at Fannin.

An EMS event was reported at 10:53 a.m. at Fannin and Holman.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:50 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Montrose Boulevard and West Clay.

At 5:57 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Park Street and Westheimer Road.

At 12:55 p.m. an EMS event occurred at West Saulnier Street and Stanford.

An EMS event was reported at 7:44 p.m. at Grant Street.

At 10:09 p.m. a fire event occurred at LA Branch and Pierce.

At 12:24 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 1528 W. Gray.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 12:48 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 1600 Waugh Drive.

At 9:08 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 2100 Hazard.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 8:28 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 2600 LA Branch.

At 12:10 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 600 Elgin St.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 6:12 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 1436 Dunlavy.

At 10:27 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 2500 Bagby St.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 5:23 p.m. at 700 Waugh Drive.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 8:33 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fs016 1700 Richmond Avenue and Woodhead.
