Montrose incident report, Oct. 16

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Tuesday, Oct. 16:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:37 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Crocker Street and Avondale Street.

An EMS event was reported at 1:48 p.m. at Fannin.

At 11:56 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Fannin and Dryden Road.

At 3:59 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Fannin and Webster.

At 8:22 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Ruthven and Gillette Street.

An EMS event was reported at 5:45 a.m. at West Dallas Street and Crosby Street.

At 8:32 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Fannin and Cortis Drive.

At 11:31 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Hyde Park Boulevard and Whitney.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 12:02 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 1212 Waugh Drive.

A non-urgent traffic hazard incident was reported at 11:59 a.m. at 1923 W. Lamar St.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 2:52 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 1938 W. Gray.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 4:52 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 2900 Crawford St.

At 3:14 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 370 Richmond Ave.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 9:35 a.m. at 3711 Travis.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 3:20 p.m. at 4300 Montrose Blvd.

At 7:21 p.m. a non-fatal major accident occurred at 1600 Taft.
