Montrose incident report, Oct. 15

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, Oct. 15:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:50 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Crocker Street and Fairview Street.

At 2:26 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Driscoll Street and Indiana.

At 1:47 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Fannin and Truxillo.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:37 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Valentine Way and Bluebonnet Place Circle.

At 8:46 p.m. a check patient incident occurred at Converse.

A minor accident was reported at 3:37 p.m. at 300 W. Gray.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 2:45 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 3400 Montrose Blvd.

At 11:47 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 4400 San Jacinto.

At 12:42 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 600 Webster.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 7:12 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 2400 W. Dallas St.

At 4:49 p.m. a non-fatal major accident occurred at 3200 Smith.
