Windham appointed chief of integrity bureau
Terrance Windham has been named the new chief of the integrity bureau for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, effective Monday, Nov. 5.
Windham will supervise the police integrity division, public integrity division and the grand jury division. He was promoted from the position of chief of the juvenile division.
"The Governmental Integrity Bureau serves as the foundation of our commitment to maintaining the public's trust in the criminal justice system," said Harris County District Attorney Patricia Lykos in a press release. "Given Terrance's military background and his extensive prosecutorial and investigative experience, the people of Harris County can rest assured that investigations of public servants and police officers will be done diligently and objectively."
