Bill Hawkins appointed first assistant district attorney
Bill Hawkins has been named the new first assistant district attorney for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, effective Monday, Nov. 5.
According to the press release, "Hawkins is a retired prosecutor in private practice with nearly 28 years of experience as a Harris County assistant district attorney."
"Bill is an accomplished trial lawyer, as well as a meticulous and respected manager," said Harris County District Attorney Patricia Lykos in a press release. "Having handled the most serious cases this office prosecutes, he is uniquely situated to guide our prosecutorial staff in the pursuit of justice."For more information, visit http://app.dao.hctx.net.
