A Viennese New Year scheduled for Dec. 31
A Viennese New Year, performed by Ars Lyrica Houston, will be held Monday, Dec. 31 at Zilka Hall, Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston.
The event will start at 9 p.m.
According to the organization, "The Grammy-nominated early music ensemble Ars Lyrica Houston will envelop its guests with festive music by the legendary composers of the Viennese royal court, followed by the Ars Lyrica Annual Gala at 10:30 p.m. in the Grand Lobby of the Hobby Center. A separate ticket for the Annual Gala is $60 per person."
For the performance, tickets are $35 to $45 for adults and $22 for students.
Zilka Hall, Hobby Center for the Performing Arts is at 800 Bagby St., Houston.
