Weekly sales roundup for Neartown/Montrose, week ending Sept. 30

There were eight sales in Neartown/Montrose for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2110 Morse St. Jonathan Kent Fisher and Lisa R. Fisher sold the home to David Lumpkins and Kristi Lumpkins on Sunday, Sept. 30. The 1,612-square-foot, three bedroom, two bath home was built in 1930 and is located in the Hyde Park Main subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 507 Willard St. to Fuad Adra and the sale of 408 Fargo St. to Patricia Bastero Minon.
