High school football preview: Worthing at Yates

The Yates Lions will host the Worthing Colts in a varsity football game at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13.

Yates is 3-2 on the season, topping the Scarborough Spartans 77-0 on the road Oct. 4.

Ronald Miller is the coach of the Lions.

Worthing is 1-4 on the season, losing 12-9 at home to the Kashmere Fighting Rams on Oct. 6.

Brandon Ellis is the coach of the Colts.

Next, Yates will go on the road and play the Houston Furr Brahmans at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19.

Worthing will play at home against the Sterling Raiders at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20.
