Weekly sales roundup for Neartown/Montrose, week ending Sept. 16

There were 12 sales in Neartown/Montrose for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1025 S. Shepherd Drive. Elvia E. and Mark S. Moeller sold the home to Nash Naviwala on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 2,792-square-foot, one bedroom, two bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Gotham condo development.
