John K. Cavers has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome at 828 Stuart St. in Midtown for $317,500.

Cavers acquired the property in May 2004. The 2,550-square-foot townhome was built in 2002 and is valued at $288,000. Tim Surratt of Greenwood King Properties is the listing agent.

Cavers is a co-founder, president and CEO of Ideate Media, a provider of web marketing solutions. He is also a supply chain operations process lead at Sysco. He previously served Sysco as a director of operations, assistant vice president of operations and integrated delivery lead.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 home sales in Midtown during the past 12 months.
