Choate originally listed the home with Patricia Dajani of Keller Williams Realty in August. Josephine Langley of First River Oaks Properties is the current listing agent.
The 1,550-square-foot house was built in 1953 in the Lewisdale subdivision. It is currently valued at $338,083.
Choate is the founder and president of Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home in Houston. He is a a licensed funeral director. Previously, he worked at Earthman Funeral Directors.
Choate is a graduate of the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service.
