Montrose Management District board of directors releases agenda for Monday, Feb. 13
The Montrose Management District board of directors has released the agenda for its Monday, Feb. 13 meeting.
After opening and public comments, the board will consider the district's monthly financial reports and pay invoices, receive the monthly assessment collections reports along with billing and assessment summaries, lawsuit and arbitration status details and delinquent assessment reports.
This will be followed by assignment of the legal services contract, the consideration of revised agreement for bookkeeping services and the consideration of proposals for the fiscal year 2011 audit.
Other items on the agenda include recommendations from the Public Safety Committee related to patrol activity reports for January.
The meeting takes place at 401 Branard St., Houston.
